🌟Family Constellations & Meditation Immersive Experience 🌟
Monarch Wellness Center’s Final Offering of 2026
We wanted to give you a head start and extend an invitation to plan ahead!
If you have ever been curious about Family Constellation work, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience it in a small-group setting. Feedback from our previous session was overwhelmingly positive—participants described it as life-changing, deeply moving, and profoundly healing.
Every participant benefits from this immersive experience, whether by:
• Bringing a personal question to the group
• Participating within a family dynamic
• Serving as a representative for another participant
Even through observation alone, the experience can be transformative. Being fully present, open, and surrendered to the process is often just as fruitful as actively participating. The healing of one is the healing of all.
This in-person group immersion includes active Family Constellation work along with a brief introduction to meditation.
Family Constellations offer an opportunity to uncover hidden dynamics and inherited patterns within a family’s history. Through this process, participants often gain new awareness and insight, creating the possibility for meaningful change and new choices in their lives.

Location: Monarch Wellness Center is located just one block from the Spring Lake Train Station on New Jersey’s beautiful shoreline. Our start time has been chosen to accommodate travelers using the North Jersey Coast Line departing from Penn Station.

🥀 Honoring Grief 🥀
Monarch Wellness Center is grateful to collaborate with Serena Soffer as we begin our Honoring Grief Series. A monthly interactive workshop offering space for practical expression and evidence based tools to honor grief. You will receive experienced guidance for conscious grief work.
Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one. We may grieve a relationship, a life transition, changes in health, a job, a dream, or a version of ourselves that no longer exists. Whatever is asking for your attention, you are welcome here.
Our time together will include discussion, reflection, gentle movement, breath and sound. Susan and Serena will be holding and facilitating space to honor our losses, reconnect with ourselves, and move toward healing.
$90 pre-registration is requested as space is limited. Venmo (Grief in comment with your phone number and email) or use Mindbody app.

Practical Magic is a special monthly series designed with our 8-10 year old wellness in mind. The intention is to encourage children to explore and discover the magic that lives within us all! 
Each month, we’ll explore themes of: Mindfulness, Empowerment, Self-esteem,
Collaboration, Creativity, Joy!
Join Miss Sue and friends as they begin this magical journey together! Through creative activities, meaningful connection, and movement we’ll create a safe and joyful space to to learn,
grow, and shine. 
This is a drop off event, all supplies provided with a light snack served. Wear comfy clothes!

You are invited to join us for a healing journey together!

This circle activates self-healing by empowering you to clear what is asking to come forward. Using guided meditation, reiki, and soothing tones, a safe environment is cultivated for release to occur, bringing you closer to optimal living, fully supported and guided along the way.
Please bring a journal and a writing tool as well as any comfort items (blanket, pillow).
$35 per session. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Payment is requested before the event. Register on our Mindbody app or Venmo your registration to Monarch Wellness and include the date of the event and your contact number in the notes.

A gentle weekly gathering for reset, healing, and connection. Through sound and quiet presence we will begin the weekend together in community and intention.

Within this circle, we cultivate trust in a mother’s greatest guide-her intuition.
By quieting the outside noise and turning inward, we reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within us. Through mindful conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, we co-create a circle where each mother feels seen, supported, and empowered to parent from a place of presence, love,
and inner knowing.
Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, adopting a child or years into motherhood,
you are welcome here.
This is a space to be seen, supported, and reminded that you already carry the wisdom you need to navigate your motherhood journey and have something valuable to offer those who are emerging.

Circle of Women Healers is a monthly offering professional healers of varied gifts to connect, share wisdom and modalities, with the intention of nurturing one another while we continue the meaningful work of supporting others.
This circle provides a safe and intentional space for practitioners to come together, exchange experiences and insights, explore the challenges and rewards of healing work, and build connection.
We believe that those who hold space for others also need to be held.
This is a free offering and closed group. Preregistration is required.
